I came to Dr. Masler after being diagnosed with a bulging disc in my back. I had a lot of pain! It was hard for me to walk! After doing the Decompression I am now pain free. Thank you Dr. Masler.
I started having pain in my left leg a few days after getting a massage. At first we thought it was my sciatica nerve that was irritated during the massage. I could not find a comfortable position to sleep and I could only sit for maybe 30 seconds to a minute at a time, which was bad for me since I sit at my job. My left thigh also went numb. I went to Dr. Masler and told him my symptoms and he basically knew right away what it was. I got x-rays and an MRI done and we found out that I have a bulging disk and 2 herniated disks. At first I put off the treatment but after getting pain on and off for 3 weeks for about 3 days each time, when I started to get the pain again I went directly to Dr. Masler and started my treatment right then and there. I have not had any pain since I started my treatment. I feel so much better. I am now doing the stretching that Dr. Masler said that I could do. I have also started exercising again. One of these days I will see if I can start golfing again. The treatment is painless and very relaxing. I would recommend this treatment to anyone with back pain. Thanks Dr Todd and Dr Wayne!
I came to Dr. Masler’s office about 3 years ago, crying due to being in a lot of pain; I could barely walk due to 2 herniated discs. I started the Spinal Decompression and I felt great. It has been 3 years since I did the treatment and I’m now exercising and have lost a lot of weight. They are amazing and friendly. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone experiencing low back pain. They are amazing. Thank You!!
I am 67 years old and I came to see Dr. Masler due to lower back pain. My MRI showed that I had severe herniated discs and spinal stenosis. I have seen many doctors, have had injections to block out pain and none of those treatments seemed to work. When I came here my pain level was 10 and it was constant. Since beginning treatment, my pain level had steadily decreased; I am not walking with my cane and having more mobility. I’m feeling better, more optimistic and that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. I think this treatment is the only way to go for herniated discs and stenosis; not surgery or spinal injections. I highly recommended it. Thank you very much and wish you the best of luck.
Due to chronic low back pain occurring off and on every 6-9 months for 5 years, due to a pinched nerve. I went through the DRX Spinal Decompression program and now I feel great. No pain. I am an AVID golfer and I play 3 times a week. Thank you Dr. Masler and Jessica.
One year ago after wrestling with my 15 year old son, I began having pain in my low back and I had numbness and tingling going down my right leg. I had an MRI done and it showed 3 herniated discs. My pain level was 10+ and it used to make me cry. I used to be able to play tennis and golf 2-3 times a week but because of the pain, I can no longer do so. The doctor said, “The MRI of my back looked like a construction worker on overtime.” The doctor recommended a surgery. However, I decided to do Spinal Decompression with Dr. Masler. Within 1 month, I was able to sleep and I was able to walk 1.5 miles with a pain level of 1-2. Thank you Dr. Masler; I am looking forward to being able to play tennis again.
I hurt my back and was bedridden for a month. I went through excruciating pain. I would literally cry in bed. I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy. I started the Spinal Decompression with Dr. Masler and within 3-4 weeks my pain went from excruciating to tolerable and within a couple of weeks after that I was pain free. I’M PAIN FREE, working out with weights and going on trips and hunting. Thanks Dr. Masler!!
I entered the office of Dr.’s Todd & Wayne Masler complaining of severe pain in my neck which mediated to my scapula area down my right arm to my elbow. Pain 7-10, present from 7-8 months, extensive physical therapy and approximately 2 months of chiropractic therapy. Since undergoing Spinal Decompression, my pain level is 1-2 and I am feeling so much better and able to do physical activity that I was not able to do before the treatment started. I would highly recommend this treatment to others.
It’s a never ending story to praise the effectiveness of the DRX 9000. It WORKS!!!! It WORKS!!!! It WORKS!!!! I’ve been suffering from back pain since 2005. I was in pain walking, sitting and even thinking. Pain radiated to both legs with numbness and tingling all the way down to my toes. I was on pain medication and had several physical therapy treatments with little relief. Two doctor’s had recommended surgery. After my first week of treatment, I felt relief. Today, I feel no pain and I’m not on any pain medication. Dr.’s Wayne and Todd Masler treat their patients with respect and compassion!! I highly recommend their treatment to any person who may need it!
I came into Dr. Masler’s office from having Low Back pain from 2 herniated discs. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t get out of bed, run, play basketball or even do day to day activities. It was very limiting. I started the Spinal Decompression therapy and it has improved my quality of life. I am no longer taking any medications and I have a lot more mobility in which I can bend, lift and stoop. I no longer have the intense pain that I used to have. For any one considering the Spinal Decompression, I would HIGHLY recommend this therapy. It has helped me out significantly. Thank you Dr. Masler!
I came to the Doctor’s office one month ago. I couldn’t sit or stand. I started doing the Spinal Decompression after being diagnosed with an extruded disc. It was very painful; I couldn’t sleep in my own bed or get up by myself. I was taking medications every day. NOW, I feel great! It’s a MIRACLE! I had my doubts and I was even talking about surgery. The doctor told me to be patient and that it was going to be o.k. I’m so blessed to be here! I’m so thankful to get my health back! When I was driving to the office today I WAS CRYING BECAUSE I HAD NO PAIN! IT’S A MIRACLE. Thank you Doctor’s you are the best!
Before I came into Dr. Masler’s office I had severe back pain due to 3 herniated discs. I was immobilized and couldn’t work, walk, eat, breathe or do anything comfortably. I did the Spinal Decompression and now I’m walking, working and dancing, pretty much back to normal. I now have a 0 pain level and had come in with a 10 or 11. It is really nice to have something work and work quickly and help me get my everyday life back to normal. It’s mostly just giving it time and also listen to what the doctors say and everything will be fine.
I have seen many doctors over the years for my Neck and Back pain. I want to mention that Dr. Masler was the only doctor that actually sat down with me and explained the findings of my MRI and what was going on. After doing the Spinal Decompression to the Low Back I can say I am 97% better and doing it now for the Neck. It has been Amazing!
I suffered from chronic pain for 6 years due to a bulging disc. I tried several different treatments, which did not work and was feeling hopeless. I was recommended to Dr. Masler and after the 1st treatment I felt immediate relief. Now I can run, swim and dance! I can do everything I want to just like before the back pain. I highly recommend this to everyone. Thank You Dr. Masler for helping me.
I had a lot of Neck, Back and Shoulder pain. I could not turn or bend my head up and down due to a bulging disc. I stated treatment with Dr. Masler using Spinal Decompression and after the 1st treatment I started to feel better. Now I am doing great.
I had a severe sciatic nerve problem which I was experiencing for six months. It was so bad I couldn’t sit for more than five minutes without being in severe pain. On my first visit, Dr. Masler reviewed my MRI and explained what was going on in simple terms, which made it easy for me to understand. I decided to get the spinal decompression treatment using the DRX9000 equipment. After eight weeks of treatment, my pain level decreased from 10 down to a 1. Now I can sit in a chair for hours at a time and drive my car without pain. I’m able to go to the gym, resume my workouts and go on bike riding trips. I’m very thankful for the treatment Dr. Masler and his staff provided for me, LIFE IS GOOD AGAIN!
I first came to Dr. Masler in 2010 and after completion of his program I had 100% success. My back was wonderful, I lived perfectly after that. After abusing my back I had to come back for further treatment. I’m feeling 100% again I love coming here because they make me feel so great and comfortable. The staff and Doctors are wonderful.
I am seeing Dr. Masler for Spinal Decompression for severe Neck pain. I had shooting pain down my arms with numbness and tingling in my hands. I couldn’t turn my head, couldn’t sleep and it was hampering all aspects of my life. After Spinal Decompression the pain, numbness and tingling went away. I highly recommend this treatment with Dr. Masler.
I’m 42 years old and I used to play a lot of hockey and volleyball throughout the years. Recently, I had a lot of low back pain and numbness. I was not able to sit still for more than 15 minutes. I had an MRI and it showed that I had 2 tears in my L3-L4 discs. I started the Spinal Decompression and felt better within 3 weeks. Today, I’m feeling 100% and I’m able to do light workouts and I’m comfortable sitting. I would definitely recommend this treatment to other patients.
I was very frustrated with my back pain and how it prevented me from doing so many things like my walking routine that I used to do. I would never have surgery and decided to take the treatments for the Spinal Decompression. Before the treatments I would start out walking 15 minutes at a time and having back pain by the time I finished. I was determined to get back to my walking. After completing the Spinal Decompression, I started walking more. Now I walk 4 miles every day and I do jazzercise 3 times a week. Spinal Decompression has gotten me my life back without having pain every day; something I didn’t think was possible. Besides it was my power nap and relaxing time.
I came to Dr. Masler’s office with Low Back pain and Sciatica nerve problems. I ride a lot of dirt bikes and do martial arts. Obviously I couldn’t do it with my pain. The doctor sent me out for an MRI which showed herniated discs. I started the Spinal Decompression treatments and aver a period of 3-4 weeks I started to feel better. I continued to improve and now I can ride my dirt bikes and do martial arts without limitations. I recommend Spinal Decompression if you have lower back pain.
I’m 43 years old and I was suffering from a herniated disc in L4-L5. The pain was so excruciating that there was shooting pain down my right leg. I had a consultation with Dr. Masler and he recommended the Spinal Decompression. I was skeptical at first but I started noticing subtle differences. Towards the end there was vast improvement. The pain subsided and I was back to my daily routine. Thank you Dr. Masler and Jessica.
When I came to see Dr. Masler, I could barely walk and I was hunched over. After doing the Spinal Decompression with them, I can walk and play with my kids again. This treatment was the best thing that had ever happened to me.
Easy, friendly people to work with. With a schedule as hectic as mine, they are always accommodating if I need to come in without an appointment. I’m going to admit that more often than not I come here after particularly rough nights of imbibing a little too much with friends over drinks, but believe me when I say that all symptoms of a hangover go away after a real, thorough massage. One particular time that comes to mind is when I was with family at the ESPN Zone in Downtown Disney. In my drunken stupor I made a bet with my cousin as to who could climb the rock wall fastest. At one point, I tried to skip a few steps up the wall and really pulled my back badly. After a thorough massage & a round on their state of the art spinal decomp machine, I felt like the night never happened. Believe me, that’s a good thing.
I really enjoy my visits to Masler Chiro. There was a place I went to before off Pioneer and 183rd, but the name escapes me because the service was that forgetful. My belief that regular visits to a chiropractor have been reestablished after visiting Dr. Masler. I’m as skeptical as the next person but my back – and in fact my whole body in general – always feels exponentially better after a decompression. It’s like a reset button for your body. Love this place.
I think I’m in the minority of most people who patronize chiropractors – no traumatic car accident, no bizarre work injury, no lifelong battle with back problems – I just think I sit in my car too long during the work day and to compound that, I have very bad posture (should have listened to mom when she would harp on me and yell, “Sit up straight young man!”)
I’m always game for any kind of back relief services. From those $1 massage chairs at most malls to the cell-phone-like pitches of those people that have the massage chairs set up in random venues, I like to relieve the pressures of my day. I’m here to say that there is a huge disparity between these types of things versus the professionalism and technology offered here at Masler.
Seeing all their advanced equipment, beautiful office, and courteous front and Dr. staff, you’d think that the prices would be stratospheric but they are quite reasonable, actually very, very affordable. As my fellow Yelpers have already discussed, they are very flexible (pun intended) with scheduling and are always both prompt to see you and willing to accommodate you in a pinch (wow, the puns just don’t stop). If you’re like me and sit in front of computer 25 hours a day, spend enough time in LA/OC traffic that you can watch a few feature length films, and your body is calling out for some relief and relaxation, come see Dr. Masler and crew. Every time I leave their establishment I feel re-tuned and ready for the grind. They’ve made a lifelong customer with me – you won’t regret giving them a shot.
Very gentle and professional approach, explanation and guidance all the way!!it was super easy to get an appointment…I call, get an appointment for the same day, I’m in and out of there, and it’s always so stress free. I will definitely keep going to receive my adjustments!
I love back in action, Masler chiropractic. The Dr was so helpful and understood my needs. Highly recommend
Dr. Wayne and Dr. Todd became my Southern California chiropractors in 2009 when I fell at home. I went to my Orthopedist, who gave me a MRI and recommended me to a neurologist. After meeting we him and he recommending back surgery as soon as possible,I decided to seek another opinion, that’s when I found the Masler’s and Back In Action. I signed up to have the DR9000 machine treatment and messages. I am not 100% healed but I thank God I did not have to go through back surgery and a long recuperative time.
Thanks to Dr. Wayne and Dr. Todd for their skills.
Two months ago i was in a car accident. I was found to have a fractured spine and i was pretty scared of what to do next, till i ended up in Dr. Maslers office. He explained in detail of what to expect and has been treating me ever since. My back is getting better and i can soon go back to work. With his knowledge and experiance ,I wouldnt trust my back to anyone else. His office has great hours and friendly staff. Thank you so much Doctor Masler
My family and I have been patients of the Maslers for over 10 years and they have yet to disappoint. They use quality equipment and have excellent staff to get the job done. I would most definitely recommend these chiropractors to anyone experiencing back problems.
Highly recommend!! These guys really know what they are doing. Dr Todd sent alot of time explaining what caused my back pain ,not like my Doctor who kept prescribing medicine. You will feel great when you leave. Getting myself Back In Action.
Dr. Masler’s therapy ended up being the missing link to my complete well-being. I’ve been feeling my age for the past few years and have picked up old good habits, like playing basketball at the local parks in the evening after work, hitting the gym as much as humanly possible, and eating write. These things ended up being both positive to my everyday energy and strength levels but also became somewhat of a perfect storm for body aches and pains. After I got tired of taking Ibuprofen and pretending that things didn’t hurt, I found this place.
Thank the heavens I did. They have are now my haven for rest and relaxation after not just physical activity, but also from the pains associated with everyday work life. Sitting at your desk all day isn’t the healthiest ergonomic position, and after massage therapy and a round on their spinal decompression machine, I feel like I can hit the parks and gym right away. I feel comfortable there, especially because like others have said, they invested in some very high tech machines that give you some of the best relief you can ever imagine. I also enjoyed how the Dr. did a variety of things besides a normal massage, a combination of heat, hands-on, and machine. It really makes a difference!
This just proves to me how useful Yelp is. Good stuff everyone. Masler Chiropractic lives up to its billing, and then some.
I got hit at a pretty fast clip on the 5 and 605 interchange a while back – so hard in fact that if you picture my truck (a 2002 Toyota Tacoma for sake of this story), the bed’s length was shortened almost 2 feet from the impact. Sadly, my dog was thrown from the rear seat all the way forward into the passenger footwell, but she ended up being okay after some pet acupuncture. Yes, I’m serious, you can check my quick tips section for the animal hospital that offers this.
Anyhow, back to Masler Chiropractic. For a few years after the accident I’ve always had a nagging back pain, which I could go months without. Then, I’ll do something random like reach behind me to grab something and then my back would “spasm” and it would be sore for a few days. Another thing that bothered me was my neck, where sometimes I’d lift something and all of the sudden my neck would cramp. For a few hours thereafter I wouldn’t be able to look upwards without a soreness in my neck.
After one visit to Masler, I can say that I feel peachy. It’s been almost a year now and I have yet to experience either problem. Who would have thunk that a consultation and massage from someone who actually knows what they were doing would make this much of a difference. Thanks Dr. Masler – and sorry it took so long to write this review! I will definitely be back soon.
Ok, I am well aware of my back problems and I believe I know what I need to make myself feel better. I am temporarily staying with friends in Buena park….I’m a yelper when I have to obtain new services.
I’ve been driving for several hours on top of being in excruciating pain from osteoarthritis. I called several chiropractor offices requesting a walk in…several would not take a walk in, that was extremely disappointing when you’re in pain.
Dr. Todd took me in as a walk in, put moist heat on my back, gave me a back massage, put me on a machine that massaged my back and I was fine and dandy sweet as candy again! $40.00 and I was out the door!
When I went in I felt like I couldn’t breathe right because my back was hurting and I was walking crooked, now I’m ready to do some 1-handed push ups!
This place is located just west of the Chevron gas station. Dr. Todd really knows what he’s doing, that was evident in the faces of his clients.
He also remembered my name and said goodbye to me, that’s a plus to me. Some Dr.s get burnt out and can make you feel like a number. Not here!!!! I’d recommend Dr. Todd to anyone!! If I lived 20 miles away I’d still drive out of the way to come here!
Staff was real friendly too, friendliness in the office is important, it affects the overall experience of your visit. A+ for office staff!!
Dr. Wayne and Dr. Todd became my Southern California chiropractors in 2006 when I was involved in a rear end car accident. In the accident, I suffered whiplash, and under their care I returned to pre-accident form after 2 months of physical therapy.
These guys are unbelievably skilled and have some state of the art equipment, which I have no idea what it actually does. It looks like something out of science fiction. Like a suspended animation time capsule.
I definitely don’t know the ins and outs of the chiropractic field, but I know that you’ll always feel better leaving their offices. The office accepts walk-ins without appointments, which is usually when I find myself needing to go. These guys know what they’re doing.
Came in as a walk-in, came back as a regular. Dr. Masler helped get me back in alignment for all the crazy sports that I like to participate in. He’s efficient and affordable, gives good advice, and doesn’t push treatment unless he thinks it could really help you.
Great chiropractor to go to. Massage therapy also available which is convenient and helps a lot with my back pain. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going to this office for back treatments and they worked wonders!. I started the “nonsurgical” disc decompression treatment and I feel great now. I actually had a back spasm while getting on the machine for the very first time! The pain was bad, but after a few months of treatments the pain is gone. The office staff is friendly and very willing work work with you on appointments and such. I highly recommend them!
I have seen Dr. Wayne and Dr. Todd in the last few years. They both are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I always feel good like a flying bird after the adjustment. I recommend their services.
Dr. was more attentive and compassionate than any other doctor I’ve seen. He listened to exactly what was bothering me (my back always feels “tight”, probably because I’m a desk jockey) and not only did they give me a great massage, but he offered suggestions to changes I can make to my workspace to help alleviate my back pain. It has helped! Still, considering I’ll be at my desk 25 hours a day, 8 days a week, I know that I’ll eventually need to visit again and wouldn’t think twice about going anywhere else.
Dr. Masler is great! He’s rejuvenated my back and I feel like I can be as active as ever. I’ve always complained that “I’m getting old” and used that as an excuse when I felt like my body would give up when playing basketball, baseball, hell even bowling. I eat right and try to exercise as much as I can, but once you hit the big 40 you just don’t feel as spry and invincible as before. Someone recommended me to see a chiropractor since I’m active and despite what I’m trying to do (stay in shape), that also puts a lot of pressure on your back and muscles in general. I was told that I could use some massage therapy and despite not having any ‘official’ diagnosed disc problems, there was some strain in my back that a decompression could help with. All I can say now is “Wow”. No more excuses. I also appreciated the fact that the entire staff is very nice and does not pressure you into services you don’t feel you need, but their recommendations were on point – I feel physically better than ever before. Highly recommend them and personally will be a regular

(I wrote this review originally on Yelp but just HAD to share it with my fellow Googlers, Dr. Masler and staff definitely deserve all the praise they get here.)
Went to this clinic and received massage therapy and chiropractic care. The doctor was great – he really knew what he was doing. I followed his recommendations and I feel much better. Nice, clean office and nice staff. Massage was great, too.
After walking around with pain for years, I was finally diagnosed with a herniated disc. Went to this office for spinal decompression and it gave me my life back. I could finally do all the things I used to do. Nice office staff and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.
I entered the office of Drs. Todd and Wayne Masler complaining of severe pain in my neck which radiated to my scapula area down my right arm to my elbow. Pain 7 – 10. Present for 7 – 8 months. Extensive physical therapy and approximately 2 months of chiropractic therapy. Since undergoing spinal decompression my pain level is 1 – 2 and I am feeling so much better and able to do physical activity that I was not able to do before the treatment started.
I would highly recommend the treatment to others.

I have a history of spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, occasional sciatica and arthritic changes to my spine. I have had low back pain for 2 – 3 years, also increased numbness, tingling, burning and pain to my legs and feet. I am a retired R.N. and I had seen many patients who had back surgery with poor results so I did not want to have surgery. I did see pain management Drs. who provided medication and epidural injections. The injections only gave relief for 1 to 1 1/2 months and I realized that pain medications could lead to addiction. When I first heard of the DRX9000 I was skeptical but the Drs. explained everything so well that I decided to give it a try. It is non-invasive and does not hurt at all. I am pleased to report my back pain has decreased. I take less medication and the numbness, tingling and pain in my legs and feet are gone. I would highly recommend this treatment. The Drs. and staff are great.

When I first came to see Dr. Todd Masler, I was very depressed and desperate for a cure for my back. My orthopedic surgeon recommended surgery to mend two herniated discs in my lower back and referred me to a neurosurgeon. Fortunately for me, that neurosurgeon was so backed up with patients that it took his office one month to get back to me with an appointment for a consultation. During that time, I looked on the internet for alternatives because I dreaded the idea of surgery and knew that many who have surgery either don’t get the results they want or end up dealing with other issues.
I came across Dr. Masler’s website one Saturday morning and called him immediately. He answered the phone and agreed to see me that same day. I was literally in his office speaking with him two hours later. He believed that I was a good candidate for spinal decompression and we began treatment early that week.
I began to feel much better after about 6 – 7 sessions, and by the end of my treatment I had already begun hiking with my friends again. Because my experience was so horrible, I decided to continue with the maintenance program for my own security as I continued to increase my physical activity and strengthened my core.
I do not have the words to express my gratitude for Dr. Masler’s care and treatment. Because of his skill and experience with this type of treatment, he was able to give me my life back. Although I know I must always be careful with my back, I now can do all of the activities that I enjoyed before I started having back problems. I have recommended Dr. Masler to a couple of my friends and he has successfully treated one of them. I am his biggest advocate and want to tell everyone who listens about my story. Not because I want to give him new business, but because I truly believe that this treatment works. Everyone who is considering having back surgery should give this treatment a try before going under the knife. It was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Thank you Dr. Todd Masler!

It’s a never ending story to praise the effectiveness of the DRX9000. It WORKS!!! It WORKS!!! It WORKS!!!
This week is my fifth week on the DRX9000 treatment. February 2007 was the month that I first visited Drs. Wayne and Todd Masler’s office. I had difficulties walking normally. I was in pain. Dr. Wayne Masler knew my pain prior to meeting me at my free consultation appointment. He described my symptoms from A through Z. I was amazed at how knowledgeable Dr. Wayne Masler was of my pain and suffering; and most of all, his compassion and respect for me, the person who suffered the pain, not the pain who has the person. I was in pain walking; I was in pain sitting. I was in pain getting in and out of the car and during driving. I was in pain thinking. I was in pain getting up and out of bed in the morning. The mornings were my worst times; pain radiated to both legs; numbness and tingling of legs all the way down to toes. The pain was so severe that I was not able to sit or stand up straight. Prolong sitting was an enemy to my back. I suffered a burning sensation on my lower back that lasted for hours. The pain was my alarm clock during the night; I was not able to have a good night’s sleep. The pain also contributed to my lack of exercise. I’ve been suffering back pain since July of 2005. I had several physical therapy treatments which provided short-term relief and never treated the root cause of the pain. I was on prescription medication which also provided short-term relief, caused side effects and never treated the root cause of the pain. Two doctors recommended surgeries. The word surgery was a death sentence to my ears. I had three major surgeries in the past. All surgeries nearly killed me; one of which I experienced a near death experience. I went into septic shock, had blood transfusion during surgery, ended up in ICU and was hospitalized for several days. The thought of surgery was scary. The DRX9000/No surgery gave me HOPE.
After my first week of treatment, I felt relief from chronic lower back pain. Today, I feel no pain getting up or out of bed, getting in or out of the car, or during driving, or sitting. I sleep better. I’m not on any prescription medication. I look forward to my DRX9000 treatment with Drs. Wayne and Todd Masler. Drs. Wayne and Todd Masler treat their patients with respect and compassion. They and their DRX9000 give the word treatment its true meaning: “Treat†and “Me†are the two words in the word “treatmentâ€. They treat the patient that has the pain, not he pain that has the patient.
I highly recommend the DRX9000 treatment to any person who may need it; especially to police officers and fire fighters who may be required to wear heavy gear during the course of their work.

I have had a history of back problems. In the last 6 months, the pain got so bad that I could not walk or sleep. I had an MRI done and found that I had a herniated disc between L4 and L5 (7mm). In the meantime, I was exercising and stretching on a daily basis but was not getting any better. In truth, it was getting worse in that every time I walked I was in pain. The pain was in my lower back and down my right leg (due to sciatic nerve). Also I could not sleep comfortably. I had a consultation with a neurosurgeon and was scheduled for a microdisectomy. Then I saw an ad in the newspaper for a Spinal Decompression procedure that would be able to alleviate the back problem without surgery. I decided to have a consultation with Back in Action. The consultation mentioned that I was a good candidate for this treatment. After 5 treatments I felt my back and leg pain diminishing. It was not until after 12 treatments that I felt approximately 50% of the pain had diminished and I could walk normally with some pain. It was not until I completed my 20 treatments that I was able to walk normally with no pain. The treatment on the DRX9000 was painless. I continue to do my exercises, stretching, and my monthly maintenance treatment. In addition, my wife sees a big difference in how I walk and handle myself. I am hoping that in one year’s time or sooner that all the pain will be gone and I can go back to what I was doing (playing soccer). I would highly recommend this treatment prior to surgery.
